Customer service is always a few clicks away when I need them.
I love my Procolored Printer and oven. I am a DTF beginner. So I really appreciate their customer service is always available to assist me. I have a personal Tech that I communicate with constantly. The print quality is great and doesn’t use as much ink as I expected. Trust me totally worth the money spent! 💜

Producto defectuoso y mal soporte técnico
Pésima inversión en este producto intente usarla y solo problemas la atención a clientes en español no existe a sí que si solo hablas español no arriesgues tu dinero devolví esta maquina y perdí gran parte de mi reembolso perdida total pues ellos solo estoy seguro la volverán a vender alguien más escribirá esta reseña en ingles

Amazing products as well as Procolored customer service! I am completely new to printing & pressing so being assigned to a group chat on Skype with professional technicians to help & guide me with this printer was amazing & so helpful!

Would not recommend
When it works, it’s good. But it doesn’t work most of the time. I either get both red lights flashing, the ink light flashing, running ink, or it stops mid print. A brand new machine should work better than this.

Compre esta impresora en diciembre del 2024 y solamente a tenido problemas desde entonces, me paso más tiempo intentando que funcione que disfrutando de las impresiones.El servicio al cliente es malo malo malo es imposible hablar con ellos en ningún momento.Por favor no compre esta impresora es una estafa.

Great printer
Great working dtf printer. It has had some issues but the procolored team is super helpful they have helped and fixed the problems everytime and they reply and help as soon as they can.
