I love this thing. I cleaned built up soap scum with rust stained area's up in seconds. Horrible corners that are hard to reach? Clean in an instant. This is an amazing product. It's easy to navigate with, it's light and looks kinda cute. The steam is hot and I could fit just about anywhere.

I've had this for a few months and just started using it and i absolutely love it. I can't believe I've waited this long (I'm a boomer) to get in to using a steamer to clean. In the past, have spent hours scrubbing tile grout on my floors and barely made a difference; this steamer chases the dirt out so fast, I just steam it and wipe ait s i am going along. I also used it to clean mattresses and shower glass. There are a lot of attachments and i am just getting started with it but i found it easy to use. i just plug it in and wait for it to heat up. It is lightweight and rolls along easily. it does take about 20 minutes to heat up so factor that in. my only criticism is that there is no way to see the water level, but the water chamber is generous enough so that you don't have to stop and reload very often. In fact at the end of using it i often have to empty it out.

This is a fantastic tool that is easy to use. It takes 8 minutes for the water to heat to the appropriate level. It is small and compact making it perfect for our RV. I love knowing things are very clean despite living with pets. It works well using our RV power system and I have no concerns about it leaking. The unit is so well sealed, I can tip it over and it does not leak. We did order the carrying bag which is very convenient and keeps things organized. The accessory kit is convenient though I do wish there was another metal scrub head included. The one that was included was consumed with my first big project, but I was cleaning commercial grout tile which had not been done for years. It did a great job cleaning it, though, so I will be buying a couple of replacement heads. I was also able to use this on my cabinets, the RV toilet, sinks, etc.. It did a fantastic job on the floors, too! I am thrilled with this and definitely would recommend it.

Wanted to love this product but ultimately ended up returning. I ordered this in hopes of keeping our house clean and sanitized with a newborn but the amount of time it takes to set up and cool down is too long for routine use with small children around. I thought having it would make cleaning everything easier and quicker but that was not the case, cleaning took twice as long using this compared to the various chemicals and machines I had been using. I think if I had older children (or no children) this product would have made more sense and I would have been more likely to find it useful.Pros:-heats up fast-machine is very durable and straight forward to use-replacement parts are not very expensive-long cord for easy maneuvering-comes with a variety of attachments to meet different cleaning needs-cleaned glass shower doors easily and effectively-cleaned the walls easily with the various attachmentsCons:-only ran for long enough to clean two rooms before needing to be refilled, however you have to wait for the whole machine to cool before you can refill which takes awhile (more than 30 minutes in my experience and if you do it too soon you risk hot steam spraying back at you)-attempted to clean grout tiles on floor and shower with little improvement even with the attachment tool meant specifically for it-you still need a vacuum or mop to get up dirt on the floor after the product steams and loosens it-hard to switch out attachments while using due to the heat of the steam
