This thing is awesome!!It came mostly disassembled but putting it together was not difficult for me at all. Most of it was common sense, but there were a few instances where the instructions really came in handy. There was a small piece of something underneath the material lining the heating pad that I was worried about, but it has not caused any issues thus far.It heats up fairly quickly and will automatically turn the heat off if unused for a longer period of time (which is a nice safety feature). It has a knob on top to easily adjust pressure. It has been perfect for my projects so far. I've only done shirts/hoodies/onsies, but look forward to trying other projects with the attachments it came with. I will say that it holds up well when the top portion is spun away towards the back, but if any pressure is put on it in that position it will tip over. There was one small scuff on a piece, but I'm not bothered by that at all. So far everything has been wonderful. If any of that changes, I'll come back and update this review.

I mean i tried it with a sample transfer image to fire it up and it worked... I'm satisfied and will be working on projects. The 8-in-1 is logically the better choice. I appreciate the sale vastly. Looking forward to making some goods.

Easy to assembly and love the slide out tray and swing away. Control panel is easy to control temperature and set timer. Can adjust firmness of the press. It is heavy, so pick a good spot to let it live. Love the accessories for it too!

So far this seems to work ok. The utilities are all there and the instructions are correct. The pieces and value is on point. The only issue is setting the correct pressure vs. temperature for 5 star service. Something seems to cut back a bit, and learned that it’s the temperature. It doesn’t hold the same temperature after it reaches there and it drops a few degrees. Which means either you need to raise the temperature a bit and you’re pressure need to go up. There’s no readout on the pressure intensity, you just have to use paper tests, etc. But for the value I believe it’s in the 90’s for accuracy.

When me and my husband got the heat press, we had to assemble everything. All the parts were separated. We had looked on YouTube and it seems that everyone who bought a heat press, it was already built for them. We had to build the parts, the clamp, the platen. The entire press was not together. We had to build it all. We did not expect to have to build a damn heat press. The heat press should have been built already. Then the clamp part of the heat press was crooked and was not aligned. We had to unscrew everything in the clamp. The bottom of the clamp had a screw that we could loosen to turn the plate that was crooked. Instead of unscrewing it to the left, which should have loosened it, it tightened it. So we had to unscrew it to the right to loosen it. Then after we did that, we had to put every single little thing back together. This took 4 hours of us building and assembling this heat press when it should have but built already when we took it out of the box. Do not get this product if you do not want to have to build a heat press part by part by part

I don't have any particular problems with the operation of this thing, but I just want to let people know that if you have a 12-in transfer, your shirt or whatever you're trying to transfer onto is going to hang over the edges. The platform that it sits on is about 11 and 3/8 in, in other words, not 12 in.

Very well made and packaged. You do have to put the whole thing together but does come with step by step instructions. Only took my 15 to 20 min to assemble and start pressing. Heat seems to be even across entire pad. Adjustable downward pressure very easy to adjust just by turning large knob at top of swing arm. Has alarm to let you know timer has reached the time you had set. Looks very nice and well made. All the functions of this product was very easy to program and set. The hat press and other attachments also worked very well and love that I bought it use it almost every day usually for about 3 to 5 hours and still working like new.
