This is a good product of Havells. It's visually appealing. After reading all reviews I was sceptical about the time taken in installation. Hence, i arranged installation on my own and got it installed on the day of delivery of geyser. The package came with all the necessary parts and pipes. However, very next day of the delivery the Havells' Installer also contacted seeking appointment for installation. Therefore, as per my experience, the delay in installation suffered by some buyers is only a localised issue. Till now the geyser is working fine and heating speed is also good.
