This thing is another disappointment their app isnt any good and very low rating the small USB broken just that quick this is one scope I will never buy bad app bad scope indeed I don't think that this scope have a good app and it suppose to be compatible to Android but if you got a better app then the one you gave in your manual directions with a poor app rating that do not work or may not be comparable to Android I gave a one star just looking at it with out use of using it zero is my ratingI would return it but a little one decide to use them as drumsticks so therefore count this day lucky for you I can't return them due to rock star but will I rebuy no I will not what good is it to me if I can't use it whenever I choose too am I'm disappointed yes but next round will be right if I buy I want to enjoy whatever I buy that the bottom line

This item is boxed and ready to go back tomorrow. I tried for several days to get it to work. I read the instructions (what there were) and several different apps to make it work. I was so excited to get this and so disappointed to find I had purchased a nice hand held light in a lovely carrying case with several utensils that didn't appear to fit the otoscope. I shouldn't call it an otoscope because it isn't. It's just a light that attaches to your phone or your computer or tablet. I found it absolutely useless. Sorry.

Worked great!

So I bought this because I have a small daughter and she usually complains that her ear hurts. Using this device I am able to show her that when not properly cleaned her ear will hurt. Now she enjoy having me look into her ear and clean her ears without complaining. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of 2 reasons and even then for a product that’s only $20 it’s not really a deal breaker. The first is I wish that the size was just a bit smaller it is already pretty small but when looking in smaller ears it is a bit herder to navigate without causing some sort of discomfort. The second reason is there is no focus ring or way to focus the lens. Sometimes when trying to view something you have to pull back just a bit to see it clearly, so it would be pretty cool to have a way to focus the camera either via the app or camera itself.

Camera is unfocused. I have tried it with my phone and laptop with Camer afi and camera fi 2. It does not work. I would give it a 0 but it came with a nice hard case and accesories that look useful.

I do NOT think this would work with Windows but I have used it on Mac OS and it works flawlessly, helped me see my entire family's ear drums! lol,A picture of ear drum is attached for reference.Just be careful that this may NOT seem very clear at first but it's zoomed at a certain distance so from near distances at an angle it's very clear.Still reading? hit that like button already if this review helped :)

This scope works great. I have used it with iOS, Android and windows without a problem. I use it mainly for identifying micro electronics parts and soldering. But it does do a good job on ear cleaning too.
