Nice,sleek and powerful. There are some people complaining about the plug. Yes the plug is big and does not fit regular sockets. Kindly get a convertor plug approx rs. 90 and you can use it anywhere. Sound is also very less, dries quickly. The main thing I noticed that this is one of few dryers which are foldable so travel friendly, available in 1600 watt. Otherwise others are very bulky and non foldable when you go for higher wattage.

It does dry hair a lot faster. I took 1 point off lack of separate speed setting and cool air button. There are only 3 heat settings. 16 amp plug needs to be considered as this only fits into washing machine/ gyser switches. Which are usually not near the mirror / dresser. You might have to invest in a converter plug or a separate 16 amp switch point.

I cannot use the product as the plug is too big for the sockets in my house. I tried returning and unfortunately it cannot be returned which is even more annoying...I had to waste my 2k over a product I don't even need. Very dissatisfied and disappointed by this kind of service.
