This is a very lovely card, so much so I re-ordered it for a second friend! I highly recommend this greeting card. It does not have a verse in it but provides a small additional note surface that can be written on and tucked into the card. This provides the opportunity to make it specific to the particular occasion (i.e. birthday, congratulations, etc.) One caveat: the second card I ordered came with a defective envelope. The card could NOT FIT INTO THE ENVELOPE! One side of the envelope had been glued shut and I could not reopen with tearing it. That said, I was lucky, I had an envelope that size so could still mail it. I would definitely Re-order if I need another, keeping the envelope “fail” in mind, just in case. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

This card made a great gift! My friend loved it and thought it was beautiful!!
