I have been buying this for more than a year on Auto-Ship. I love how easy it is to get in my probiotic and that it's not another pill! The taste is great, easy to chew, gut health benefits, easy to digest and the quality overall is just great! I would say that the effectiveness and dissolvability is great. My only suggestion is this: All my bottles arrived and the tablets were very easy to chew up. I noticed with these last 2 bottles that they are a bit more 'crunchy' and not as soft as prior orders. Not sure if the formula changed a bit. They still dissolve well and I will continue to buy them. Just my observation.

Label says these are chewable tablets. I don't recommend chewing them unless you want to break your teeth. I swallowed mine whole. Maybe if you have a pill crusher.

Just took my first dose today. The tablets taste good and do have a chewy texture. Looking at past reviews I thought they were going to be hard and chalky but it seems like they improved their formula so I'm happy about that. The price is very reasonable. After I take them for a little while I'll update my review about how well they work. So far I'm happy. Update 12/26/2024 So I've been taking these every day for about a week. My digestive system is functioning a lot better and feminine health has improved. I'm feeling very good. I have noticeably less anxiety. I read that gut health really affects the brain and probiotics can help and I definitely believe it now. My skin health is starting to improve too so overall I'm very happy and will continue with this product. Thank you.
