My unit serves lukewarm esspresso. Are all Next Verturo machines serve barely lukewarm coffee??

My machine makes very hot coffee. The espresso is a small serving so if you are making it in a large cup or mug that is room temperature it can draw the heat from the small serving fairly quickly. You can use a small espresso size cup or run hot water in a large cup so the cup itself is hot when you use it to make an espresso.

Can this make a chocolate mocha?

I don't see why not. It would be really rich but good!

Can this machine make iced coffee?

It does not make iced coffee. But I just add my own ice after it has brewed a cup (with a bit of cream and flavoring) and it's delicious!
