These tablets are designed to help you digest food. I'll be totally honest and say that I don't know exactly how they work from a medical point of view. What I do know is that they appear to be helping my GERD. I've dropped from two PPI tablets per day to one. What I have been doing instead is taking one of these oils before my meals. Long term, I would love to get off PPI tablets and replace them with natural solutions such as this. I need to test things more and tweak my diet, but these tablets do appear to be helping me. I'm not a doctor so you may want to speak to someone more knowledgeable before you change things up etc, but my experience of these tablets have been positive.

Rarely write reviews but I to seem to rely on good reviews before buying a product, so I feel I owe a posting. I have tried many digestive enzymes but Udo's choice 10 enzyme blend is one I rely on. It is free from nasty fillers which unfortunately I react to so good one for sensitive folks (the enzymes are in a beetroot fibre base rather than in bulking agents). Certainty notice a difference in my digestion/comfort after eating/bloating and energy. I take x2 with each meal. In my experience digestive enzymes can really vary in their quantity of 'enzyme activity' so would advise up-ing or lower-ing a dosage that suits you. Delivered on time within a couple of days, have tried all sorts of products to do with stomach IBS and bad digestion. But I tried these and they seem to help me if I take one before each meal. I tested these on a cooked plum tomato in a cup to see if they break down the tomato into a mush, after applying the contents of one capsule onto the tomato in a glass and just using a spoon to stir the tomato within no time the tomato was nearly all liquid. They do cost a bit but it is worth the money and I can eat foods, although red meat two capsules are better. My only bug bear is the fact that come in a glass bottle which will not fit though the letter box, yet you can buy a small travel pack of 21 capsules which is in a small box the size of a matchbox.

These really help with my Dad’s acid reflux and bloating.

I bought these to help with difficulty digesting protein, acid indigestion at times and undigested food, loose poops basically. I have found that if I get some reflux ( often 2 hours after eating) I can take one of these and it settles it down fairly rapidly. I have found that they appear to be slowing transit time so my stools are now well formed, miraculous really, haven't had stools like this since I don't know when. Didn't take them with my dinner yesterday and was back to the usual results today.
