Yeah they are 3 boxes, I did the same...took them apart and put them into 3 different Christmas hampers!

Q: How many truffles are there in each box ?

There are 12 pieces in each box. I have one a day as my special treat.

Q: Are the dates ok to buy these now for christmas?

I bought these back in the summer as a gift and they did have a long shelf life on them
