Good phone, I use it with my tello prepaid

After many cell phones over 2 decades this is the WORST. Use is relatively easy. That's it for the good. Bad: battery barely lasts 2 hours. But most importantly this phone gets a signal almost nowhere. I'm using T mobile network so coverage is available everywhere the phone is to be used. Can't even get it in the city. Can't get a signal where my smart phone on the same network has no difficulty whatsoever. So it's a phone failure, not a network issue. If it accidentally gets a signal it's just a bit of good luck and it doesn't last. So 2 minutes later it's again useless. USELESS

Good flip phone with the basics plus easy to read buttons and voice time. Be sure to check compatibility with your carrier. Seller was very easy to work with and very responsive.

Quality good battery life good sound good ease to use. Durability ok. Compatibility good But ringer sound stop working tried everything to get working but no good.

I've had this flip phone over half a year now, and I love it. The price was great. it replaced a much more expensive piece of junk (also a flip phone) that Verizon sold me (Etalk -- I do not recommend Etalk). I also do have a Smart Phone, but I hate talking on it - I just use it as a small portable computer. The flip phone design is perfect for talking without having to use walkie talkie mode. It is good for texting too, but you do have to do it the old fashion way of hitting the button multiple times to get a letter. The only complaint I have is with voice message notification. You receive a text that is a numeric code - and that's fine, but that text won't delete. It won't go away until the phone is rebooted. That is my only complaint. Other than that I think it's an awesome phone.

I purchased the phone for my aunt two months ago; however, I've been traveling and just now have the opportunity to sit down and set up this phone for her. 1. For this phone to be brand new (we just opened the box today), the screen is dirty. If we received a phone someone returned, the seller could have at least cleaned the screen before reselling it. 2. Changing the ringtone on this phone isn't very user friendly. I finally figured it out, but it shouldn't have been a pain to do so. 3. The volume should be louder for those who are hearing impaired. A lot of the standard ringtones are low. They were fine for me, but not for my aunt who wears a hearing aid. 4. I gave the phone a 3 only for the low volume and the dirty screen. My aunt is only using the phone to make and receive calls. She will not be using it to text or take photos.

Mom is so happy with her little flip phone. It's used mainly to keep in touch with her if I have to leave the house on an errand. Gives her that independence that seniors gradually lose a long with their eye sight, hearing, and mobility. All she has to do is open the phone and say hello! No hassles. And I have myself on her speed dial marked with some rough two sided tape I used to make the tub more grippy for showers. She just feels the number pad until her fingers pick up on that rough tiny piece of tape. Press, ring, and there I am answering her call. Happy mama.

Did not work on my network. I returned it.
