Does anyone know if this will remove paint from a carpet?

No it won’t, it’s basically oxygen bleach. You need a liquid that the paint is soluble in I.e. paint thinner or remover that you can get from a DIY store

Does this product get out foundation?

I dropped a whole loose bronzer tub on a cream carpet and after I vacuumed the worst up and spread it around the carpet even more, got “the look” of pure disgust from my husband and used some incredibly choice words, I reached for this stuff and it came out in the blink of an eye. Can it be used to just clean carpets rather than smaller specific stains ?

I think that cleaning a whole carpet with the very small brush supplied would be very labour-intensive . It really is just for small-ish stains and I find that you have to treat stubborn stains more than once. It really is a great product though.

I have a really, really bad red wine stain! How often can I apply the product and should I let it dry between applications?

You may need multiple applications, as directed, apply as foam don't scrub, leave for 3 mins and lift off moisture with absorbent towel. I had printer ink drops onto a red carpet. It lifted the dampened ink over repeat applications, the stain is visible to my eyes but not others, that's the best you can expect. Red wine should lift but not entirely ? Worth the cost of a try.
