Well I received this today. Packed very good. Very well made. I wear a size 46” in jeans. The waist trimmer I ordered said it fits up to 50”, no way does it fit up to 50”. My daughter and granddaughter were over visiting and my granddaughter showed an interest in wearing it for her back pain. So, I gave it to my granddaughter who tried it on and it fit her perfect. She’s nowhere near a size 50” waist. So I decided not to return this! If my granddaughter hadn’t showed interest in it I would have sent it back today though. Way too small! It even has the 3XL tag inside of it.
