I've been using both the liquid and caps from Zane Hellas for MANY YEARS! I love this product. It seems to work well when I'm sick to help me kick whatever bug I have. Oil of oregano is known to kill pathogens and help the immune response. If you use the liquid be very careful to dilute it properly, add it to olive oil before swallowing because it's really strong and can burn in your mouth. I think it's a good value for the size. The pills are more expensive but definitely easier to take and more convenient. I keep both at my house. The pills are perfect for travel. Both smell like very strong oregano, as they should! That's how you know it has the essential oils of the oregano plant that kill germs and pathogens.
