Trusted washing legend.
Satisfied either way the washing performance. It’s so silent that you round notice it working even from a neighbour room. It’s t syncs easily with the IFBs app. Thanks Amazon for helping me to buy this at an attractive price. For the past 25 years I was using a fully automatic washing machine of IFB. It served us so long, without major headaches and that’s the reason why I went for IFB again.

Exchange and installation process is not fair.
Washing machine is good and we are satisfied with performance. Exchange for old washing machine process is not fair. The person who came for exchange process is not good, collected more money without bill. Installation process also expensive, they collected amount for stabilizer, water purifier and cleaning powder. Overall expensive I feel. Washing machine purchased on EMI, but these accessories costs 10,000/-.
