Great quality, quick dispatch and such an easy set-up
I am not a computer whizz, but got my private laptop working again with this new battery in a breeze. Great packaging, authentic, with protective sealants, it's great quality and powered on my old laptop working in minutes. Thank you!

Good quality and well made battery.
This appears to be a well made and quality product. It was easy to fit and went exactly into the battery space in a Dell 7490. I have only just installed so will have to wait to see what the battery life is like once it is in regular use.

The battery quickly loses its properties
Unfortunately, the laptop doesn't detect the battery to check its quality. Previously, it charged to 100 percent, but every day it's been charging less and less. Today, it doesn't charge above 95 percent (23 days after installation). Battery Care Function or Battery Health Manager did not turn on

Battery looks like the original dell battery (without dell logo)
Looks like the original dell battery, straight forward to install. Dell laptop reports health status of the battery as Excellent, comes 72% charged. Now charging, so far so good! Time will tell!

Barely lasts an hour
I bought this as my OEM battery was no longer holding charge and needed to be plugged in all the time. I have done up to 10 plus charge cycles with this battery and not one has lasted more than 1.5 hours. Most lasted under an hour. This was just with average internet browsing too. Each charge was overnight also and I gave it a good charge upon first receiving the battery. One time after charging it I turned on the laptop and from that initial boot up it said 85% battery. I would not touch this battery again. I have put my old one back in and will continue to use it plugged in untill I've done a bit more research into finding a place that sells either OEM battery or has got good reviews across the board. I suggest you do too. Not impressed at all.

I purchased this battery a year and month ago as a replacement for my laptop after mine finally died after 8 years. Today it went too. It worked well and had a decent battery life. It was definitely a value for the money and I would recommend it, just know it will only last about a year.

My old battery died after years of use. It wouldn't hold a charge so I found this one at a reasonable price. It fit right in the slot of the computer and charged up quickly. I use my computer as a media hub and the battery works great! I've had the battery for about three months now and no complaints.
