Does this work on short hair breeds like pugs?

The teeth on the combs are very narrow and I use these combs to clean around my dog’s (Maltese) eyes.. I think you can use these combs to remove ticks. These should work on your Pug .

How do I contact the seller? My package Shows as delivered , but I don't have it in my house!

I supposedly had a delivery that was stated as "hand-delivered to a resident" which was NOT true. You get both combs shown, but neither one can be described as "big." They are small sized as you can see. The difference is in the spacing of the wire comb tines.

Are the prong tips rounded?

Yes, they are rounded. They work great for combing out the eye crud. I put them in the dishwasher basket to clean them.
