Item is of poor quality - multiple chips on the paintwork, rough finish on all but the most visible areas i.e. bottom of stool which your hands touch to move very rough to the touch. Item came without bolts to attach the mirror hence the DIY Christmas eve tape job in image 1. Customer service is shocking with no option to get replacement parts with only option offered a return for a refund. Tried to contact the seller but was pushed back to Amazon customer service. Not good when the item has been built and gifted. Looking at other reviews this product has very poor quality control and unless you want to risk it and enjoy building and dismantling furniture I'd avoid. The item does look nice from a distance and my daughter is happy with the gift but for the price paid I would stick with a more reputable supplier to get the quality and customer service you would expect. Overall this product is poor value for money.

It took about 45 minutes to assemble the table and chair. The quality of the parts seems good, the assembly instructions could have been clearer with regard to the use of washers etc. i’d suggest that the size would suit a child of 3-6 years.

Good quality item but the mirror got broken in transport

This is a lovely dressing table. My little girl was thrilled with this when she opened it on her birthday. She is a tall 4 year old and size wise it is perfect. When we opened it to make it up, to our disappointment there were a couple of damaged parts. I sent an email at 9pm and 10 minutes later I had a reply. Customer service was outstanding. They do really care and want to help. They went above and beyond what I expected and my little girl got a perfect new table by her birthday. Communication was fantastic. The best customer service I have ever received. Despite the initial fault we had, I would highly recommend this company and the dressing table. It had lots of storage for make up and jewellery and it will last a few years.
