The Union Revelation coffee is really good. It's nice when ground for espresso, flat whites, lattes and filter coffee. I love the chocolate undertones, there is no bitterness at all to this coffee. I would recommend getting a ending the coffee just before making your drink. It makes all the difference when it's fresh ground. I highly recommend this coffee.

I've always liked Union Coffee, particularly this 'Revelation' variety. When buying from the supermarket, I particularly like that you can see the date of roasting so you know how fresh they are. My nervousness of buying from Amazon was whether the coffee would be as freshly roasted as the smaller packs I've been purchasing but I took a chance and was happy to receive a pack which had been roasted only about 3 weeks earlier. It's a really nice coffee, great aroma and flavour - once I've topped up my bean to cup machine, I then use my vacuum sealer to keep the rest nice and fresh until the next top up is required (not very long normally!).

Ever since we tried Union Revelation years ago it's been our daily espresso of choice. A full deep flavour that works perfectly in our bean to cup machine. We go for the Subscribe and Save discount to ensure we don't run out! 😀 We always get a bag which has been recently roasted (the dates are on the bag) and so the coffee is fresh and tasty.

First order of this product from Amazon which I normally am a regular buyer of at the supermarket. Was a bit worried by some of the reviews about freshness, but my order that arrived on 18th Jan had a roasting date of 8th Jan - so only 10 days ago. I reckon that is pretty good going.

I have become a bit of a coffee snob and these beans are in no small part to blame. I have tried everything from the supermarket own brand, up to niche coffee roasters charging £32 a bag and generally speaking you get what you pay for. These beans have great aroma, good flavour profile and offer good value for money. There are hints of milk chocolate and cinnamon, with a touch of sweetness and citrus. The flavour is relatively bold / full bodied. I mostly brew this in an espresso machine but if anything I would say the flavours are enhanced when I use my aeropress. Whilst you dont get complexity and fruity profile that some more premium roasts offer, this blends offers a good flavour for morning or all day drinking at a reasonable price. If the price is a bit high for you (it tends to fluctuate on here) try the Union Daily Blend, which is also pretty good albeit a marginally less interesting brew.
