SUPOOBE Hunter Fan Company Indoor 53326 52 Inch Builder Low Profile Ceiling Fan with Light, Snow White Finish

Arrived quicker than expected. Instructions were superb. Packaging was excellent and all small parts were logically separated according to assembly stages. Overall quality and design are impressive, especially at this price point. First I installed a fan-rated junction box from Home Depot for a safe mounting point to start with (you don’t want to take any shortcuts with a ceiling fan). Then, I took my time installing it to ensure quality results. Had the usual re-reads of the instructions at certain points where it seemed a little tricky (to be expected), but nothing an experienced DIY’er can’t cope with, and the documentation was accurate and got me through those areas. When I threw the switch for the first time I got some wobble on the high setting, but again took my time with the supplied balancing kit to ferret out where the stick-on weights would go, and now there is absolutely no wobble at all at any speed. The fan is super quiet and smooth — such a huge upgrade over the very good freestanding fans we’ve been used to. On the high-speed setting we can hear the air moving a bit, because it’s moving a substantial amount of air, but it is still very quiet. However, on the middle-speed setting it is dead quiet, while still moving an impressive amount of air. This is a bedroom install, so I doubt we’ll go past the middle speed setting, which is absolutely perfect. On an added note, the fan blades were a pleasant surprise (white on one side and beech/maple wood print on the other). Thought the whole thing would be white, but opted for the wood print instead to accentuate the blades and break up the all-white look, and it went well with our Scandinavian furniture. The frosted light shades were a pleasant surprise, too. Not a bit gaudy, thankfully; the whole presentation would actually blend well with just about any decor — not overly modern, but also not overly ornate. Now I’m thinking of repeating this process for our two other bedrooms (offices), which get a lot of direct sun in the afternoon. Definitely opting for this exact same model. Just an excellent product for anyone who is up for installing it correctly. Thank you, Hunter, for producing such a well thought out product at a reasonable price.

Recomendado, cero ruidoso, buen funcionamiento.

Mi pedido llegó muy rápido, mucho antes de la fecha compromiso. El ventilador es muy silencioso, da mucho aire y además estético. Lo único que no fué de mi completa satisfacción es que los tornillos del ventilador son color acero y en la foto se ven blancos.

Nice quality. Quiet. Top speed seems slower than expected. This was a replacement fan that turns much slower than previous fan. Same size fan. Doesn't seem to move as much air as a result. I expected more from Hunter. I have another Hunter Fan, which I've had for close to 30 years. Still works great. Turns faster and puts out a much stronger breeze.

Leí las críticas y decían que el aire que da es bueno, y NO, el aire de este modelo es pésimo, MALO, casi ni hecha aire, tengo otros dos modelos distintos hunter, uno con un nivel increíble en cualquiera de sus 3 niveles. Y tengo otro imagino de nivel más bajo que hecha el aire incluso mucho mejor que este del que estoy escribiendo y por menos dinero que este que salió mas caro. Caí creyendo que era bueno y pague más por este, de haber sabido compro el mismo modelo hunter que es económico. Solo no lo regresé porque el envío es muy aparatoso y como si cuesta trabajo la instalación pues es un problema desarmar, volver a empacar y enviar. Pero realmente no lo recomiendo 👎
