I bought this for my daughter. Worked great right out of the box. The base swivels as you move around with the hose which is a good feature. Very easy to rewind the hose. They provide a wall mount kit but we did not want to wall mount it. The 100 foot length is perfect for my daughters area.

Disappointed with this hose. Bought this in April and now 3 months later it is leaking badly from the small piece of hose that is connected inside the main spool housing. That small section of hose is made of a funny flexible material that develops cracks and leaks. I brought this into Lowes and they couldn't replace that section as it is very hard to remove. Also, the washers in the hose showerhead are lousy as well, they were leaking until I had them replaced. The 100 ft hose itself seems okay. I can detach it and buy another hose reel. But it is a ripoff, not worth $100+ if I have to go out and replace the reel after 3 months. Tried to contact the manufacturer via Amazon but have not heard back.

Works great, and no leaks so far (I've used it for almost a year). The black guide bars have had the paint chip off from friction with the hose, leaving the exposed metal to begin to rust. I'd like to see something more durable to feed the hose through.

Hooked hose to faucet and water was squirting out from the caddy. Had to remove hose completely from caddy and tighten the hose where it connects to the caddy then wind the hose back onto caddy. Also the brass fitting on the side of the caddy leaks small amounts of water. Don’t know if there is a fix for that. After 3 months, the nozzle that came with the hose leaks around the head and on the side. Videos added.
