This is a good supplement that really helps boost brain health, especially with memory, attention and focus. I also noticed that the supplement helps improve my mood, reduce feelings of anxiety and depression, and manage inflammation in my joints. I'm told there are other benefits as well, but these are the ones I noticed in particular. This supplement also has a nice taste to it, and you can take it with or without a beverage or food. I think it is a very good product overall and I am continuing to use it to improve my health.

It tastes like coffee cake. I haven't been taking it long enough to make a good assessment of it yet.

I rarely write reviews, but when I do you better believe the product was really good or really horrible. In this case, the product was amazing. I have been attempting to save my sanity and cognition from early onset dementia that runs in my family. Maybe I'm just over thinking it, but suffering from PTSD and anxiety disorder, I kinda felt like I was slipping a bit. In ability to concentrate, super forgetful, TIRED. It could just be perimenopause, but either way I needed something to make me feel sane. I started taking this and within a week I felt back to my old self. I was ON! The PROS: It tastes great! I mix this in my coffee and there is no bitterness and no weird after taste I experienced alertness that I haven't had in at least 2-3 years. I'm powering thru work without crashing. The days go by quickly and productively as I am about to dial all the way in on my concentration. The Con: This stuff needs to come in a bigger bottle. Like seriously! I've just purchased my second bottle, and I've subscribed to auto delivery. I don't want to be without it. As a disabled vet, I feel like I've regained a piece of myself that I lost. Now I'm back in the fight.

The taste is not good. If you like mushrooms, this is for you. I don’t like mushrooms but this does have a funny aftertaste to it.

It came quickly and tastes fine. Does it help? Honestly, how does one tell in a short time period, although I have to say that I seen some encouraging signs in regard to my memory but only time will tell for sure. It doesn't cost much. Try it for yourself.

This one actually surprised me. I’ve tried other lion’s mane products before but this one felt a little more gentle and clean on my stomach. I took it consistently in the mornings and noticed my brain fog started lifting a bit , especially on days I had a lot going on. The texture is a little thick since it’s a liposomal, but the taste is way more tolerable than most. It gives a subtle energy without being jittery.

Taste horrible don't know why I purchased liquid form. Tried many different brands of lions mane, this stuff makes me angry and bitchy unfortunately
