It’s really hard to find sprouted chia seeds and these are that. They have an odd texture, but I’m assuming it’s because they are sprouted. They react like other chia seeds to water, so I think they are fine.

Best Chia seeds I have ever had
I find most chia seeds to be bitter and overpowering. I kept trying different brands and they were all really bitter until I found this one. The sprouting REALLY makes a difference! These are nutty and absolutely delicious!! I put them in and on everything, and I even eat them plain! And sprouted means they not only have more nutrients but the nutrients are better absorbed! Best chia seeds EVER.

Looks like powder
There do not appear to be any seeds in this bag -- just looks like black powder. Not a good investment for $15.00. Not even sure I should eat it.
