These used to be so expemsive

Avoid at all cost
Thus far the most disappointing transaction I've had the displeasure to be a part of. First off it's a Toughpad and not a Toughbook as advertised. Secondly the barcode scanner isn't supported even though it is advertised as equipped. It's just a laser beam with no functionality. Third, the units aren't ready to ship, they literally install the software after you ordered it which make shipping long. I returned the first one because of the barcode not bring functional. They promised to send me another one with everything I paid for working. Another two weeks lost and I finally get the unit which looks nothing like the ones advertised, dead pixels and light bleeding thru the screen on the bottom right corner. The barcode is still MIA!!!! At this point I don't want a third replacement. I want all me money back and nothing else to do with this seller.

Perfect condition!!! Absolutely perfect. It took me hours to find the absolute smallest signs of its previous usage. I really love my toughpad. I hope it will last for years to come

Item is working well. My only concern is the battery capacity with appears to drain faster than I would expect. However, I bought this as an already used (returned) item so I have nothing to complain about.
