Inexpensive, easy set up, reliable use. Great add on using bluetooth to tv and to our projector.

The brand name is MAJORITY and it is an excellent DVD player. Costs around 30.00, very reasonable, and is ALL REGIONS, so it playes DVDs made for Australia. Worked perfect right out of the box. Was very glad I chose this.

Easy to setup and easy to operate. This is a must if you have a newer computer or a mobile phone, such as an iPhone. A lot of newer devices don’t come with a built in DVD/CD Player. It has HDMI and a Composite ports PLUS a nice remote! It allows for 1080p resolution and upgrades lower resolution to 1080p resolution. I’m very pleased and impressed with this DVD player. The price is very low and had fast shipping. It’s more than I expected.

I have noticed that a lot of the older dvd players have started failing. The lens lasers are starting to weaken causing playback issues along with a decreeasing ability to recognize and play dvds. You can get used DVD players for $10 on facebook marketplace, but I suggest you try to get a new dvd player with a new laser. That gives you the best chance of reading all your old possibly scratched discs. My initial review of this is that it is a very nice dvd player. It has hdmi for newer tvs, but also component out which is what I specifically wanted it for. It has all the settings to display in 4:3 for older CRTs which is what I wanted. The remote is nicely sized and has all the buttons you would want. It is very easy to use this dvd player. It has has had no problems yet reading all the older dvds I've tried to play along with some old burned DVD-R's and DVD+R DL dvds. It reads them quickly without skipping a beat. Overall for $30 I think this is a very fair value for a new 2025 dvd player. If I have any complaints it's that the power cord is kind of short. My only concern is longevity. I see lots of negative reviews about the unit failing in less than a year and then getting no support from Majority. If that happens I'll update my review. But for now it gets 5 stars.

Used it less than 10 times over the course of one year and one day it would not power up. Went to buy another one and saw it so I did not purchase it. It did not last. Disappointed in the functionality of it as well.

Bought this to play a Region 1 DVD and am very happy with the quality and build of this player. It will play any region DVDs but not Blu-ray. I wouldn't have paid more because I already have a blu ray player, but now I know I can buy DVDs from anywhere. It's neat and really quite small. It also comes with various cables and a free 3 year extended warranty. Sound and picture quality are good and it didn't need any set up, literally just played straight from the box. Would recommend if you need to play different region DVDs.

Bought this as my previous huge dvd player finally gave up after more than 15 years! It was very easy to set up, just plugged it in and used the old connector to the tv and it worked straight away. Playback is great, as is sound. It's lightweight and takes up hardly any room. Excellent value for money and highly recommended.

An excellent bit of kit. This multi region DVD player was a brand that I've bought before (though it's probably a generic Chinese made player). It reads the few Region 1 (USA) discs that I have and plays all without trouble, as well as normal Region 2 discs. This player is tiny, not much bigger than the disc drawer, and connects to a TV with the included HDMI cable. Unusually for a player of this size and price is that it has a front display. It's a yellow LED display, the default is elapsed time, though there may be some alternatives, but I haven't looked further as yet. The supplied remote control works okay, but the buttons are small and the functions muddled. I'd guess it's generic, as quite a few buttons give a screen message "Function not available". The stop ,play, ff and rw buttons are not placed in a logical order, and difficult to find in a darkened room, as they are all much the same size. More expensive players such as Samsung hand sets group the buttons in a more logical order and make the Play button larger. Because of this, I've given four stars, but it's really a minor quibble.

Excellent product at a great price, perfect for the job in hand, compact, looks great in place, compatible with all DVDs from any region, easy to use and exceptionally quiet. Spot on couldn't ask for more
