Would this fit over a car seat ?

Depends on the car seat. My daughter has a fairly wide car seat I don’t think it’d fit over top of it. It’s a nice size though for a car I’d suggest something that attaches to the back of a car seat that has desk. Some car organizers for kids have this feature
