Udate (08/16/2023) first device was defective with clouding on the inner lense. The second device now won't detect when it makes contact with skin after a few uses. Im really disappointed in this model. Maybe it's just my luck but I think ulike has a lot to figure out with this latest line of devices. Now I feel like I wasted over $400 dollars on a useless device. I like there devices but I'm extremely disappointed with the new xl. I bought the Ulike IPL device (the black version designed for men), and I’ve been genuinely impressed with the results. The design is sleek and comfortable to hold, and the treatments are quick and painless. I started noticing a reduction in hair growth after just 3 sessions, especially on thicker areas like my chest and arms. What really stood out to me, though, was their customer service. **Super Cool and Almost Painless!** I’ve been using Ulike Air 10 before, and it worked great, so I decided to buy this one to my friend too. He said the ice-cooling feature is amazing—really helps with the heat, and it doesn’t hurt at all. It’s easy to use, and the different modes make it perfect for stubborn hair. I haven’t used it long enough to see the full results yet, but based on my experience with Air 10, I’m pretty sure this will be just as effective in the long run. So far, so good!

I have had some issues with skin sensor failing on high mode but that does not reduce greatness of product , other than that I am very satisfied with outcome

Company advised me to return as this doesn't work on gray hair. It was returned.

Ok i rarely type of review, but I have been going to my local laser removal clinic and lasering my neck and around beard hair to keep it sharp. They charge me $220 for my face and armpits (once a month) and i finally was happy after 10ish months. I inquired about my chest and core area and they gave me $300 per session. So i just said no. Too much money to spend. I decided to just try and get me laser removal from Amazon and try it myself and return it if it doesn't work because people warned me that it would not be effective. I bought it on Black Friday sale and I followed the plan by shaving and lasering every other day. I went straight to high level and did my cheat. It wasn't painful at all. Its only painful on areas like under-beard and down there. But i still did it all on high. It would also work on Medium level but i preferred the hard way. JUST A NOTE THAT I DID MY BALLS TOO. Yes it works on medium mode and its very effective too. Overall im so happy about this. YES IT WORKS. 2-3 weeks later my chest hair is barely growing after 4-5 days. I know that if i keep Lasering for 2 more weeks then i will finally not worry about shaving my chest every 3-4 days like i used to do before Laser. I bought the 2yr warranty. Its worth it in case. I will also have my lady use it instead of spending thousands on doing a full body at a local clinic.
