This has definitely calmed cravings for food and sugar! Out of habit I buy snacks but since taking these I have noticed I regret buying and end up giving it away simply because I don't want it. If I do eat sugar I can't eat as much as before. Even on my cycle! I kinda miss wanting it but my health is more important. Knocked off a star because of some reason I have been crapping my butt off recently even though I've been taking them for months. Stomach pain and lose of appetite as of yesterday. Dont think so but I'm hoping its something I ate even though I don't eat much. I started noticing my stomach slimming down as well so I don't wanna stop these. I'll be killing it if I exercised!

I've been taking this for about a month. I haven't lose any weight but I can say that I just feel really good after taking it thus far. I've ordered another months supply and we'll see if it continues.

I have been taking the Culturelle weight management for several months and a good thing about it is I am less bloated and more regular. The Slimbiotic doesn’t seem to help at all.I had a better result with the old formula of the weight management before they changed to the current formula. Wished they had kept the old one.Oh well just have to keep looking.

I've been taking these for about two weeks, and noticed almost immediately that my sugar cravings were taming down. It's subtle, but I feel it working on me in a positive way. I plan to keep taking them, because I've had a hard time finding anything that works in this way.
