Changing my review from 3 stars to 5 stars. The reason is that I have given this more time since purchasing...many months now...and I also had taken another brand before this one. So, I can say that this one has cleared my lungs which were congested for a couple years due to a very bad 'coughing' type cold or flu I had. Nothing would work. At first I didn't think this one worked...but I've have come to back to let everyone know that this one actually did work and I will be ordering more of these. I only take one at bedtime and not near any food times.I think it could be safe to take 2 of these at one time since they are 40,000 IU if your arteries are clogged with plaque at all. That was the reason I first started buying Serrapeptase...to clean out my arteries and to prevent any heart problems or strokes in the future since my left arm had gone numb on me a few times and I also got really dizzy at the same time...that was 'before' I found out about Serrapeptase and started taking it right after the arm circulatory problems. I have not have any of those problems again. Also I accidently cut my finger while I was cooking and my blood was really nice and thin and it took a little longer than it used to stop the bleeding - so actually that is a very good sign to me! And no, it was not hard to stop the cut bleeding. I am a very clumsy cook, burning or cutting myself from time to time LOL.I am still taking Serrapeptase. Oh, and the reason I do like this one, this brand, for FOUR reasons:1. The capsules are DRCAPS - and I did some online searching and research on Serrapeptase and found that this is the very best way to get them. Much better than any enteric coated enzyme or tablet or even a coated tablet. These 'drcaps' have the latest in 'natural' coatings that help the Serrapeptase actually make it to the intestines. I feel very safe taking these and I know that they will get to the right place to do their job.2. They are small enough capsules - I have a hard time swallowing any kind of pills or capsules if they are too big...these are fine.3. They do not irritate my stomach at all - and almost all other pills usually do that since my stomach is so very sensitive. No problems with these at all.4. I love the low cost of this brand!! Yes! Other's claiming to be stronger, and found out they are not really, cost 3 to 6 times more!!!So this is a good deal price wise for me.So I feel better now that I have set the record straight... one thing I now realize, is that it takes several months to see the good results of taking any Serrapeptase. It has been about 9 months since I started taking it and I know it is working because I see the proof in my own body. Oh and it also has helped my left thigh and leg pain from Sciatic nerve problems after having two bad falls.I just read online tonight that Serrapeptase is also being used by doctors for their patients that have Lyme disease! If you are someone that has Lyme's, I hope this helps you.And everyone else as well, please remember to be patient, and I have, because this takes up to 18 months, I read, before you see complete results. I have already seen great results in just 9 months of using Serrapeptase...I think it can save lives - maybe yours too!Blessings, LynP. S. I have been taking this for 3 weeks. What I have noticed is being able to take a deeper breath, sinuses are not clogged up even though we are in the heart of southern pollen season, little aches and pains are gone. Do take this in the am on an empty stomach. When I get up, I take two with a glass of water first thing, then go shower, brush my teeth, get dressed and by that time it has been more than 30 minutes and I can eat breakfast, and take the rest of my vitamins as usual. Something else I noticed was when my period came around, I had a lot less cramping and breast tenderness also. I have also managed to get through flu season without catching it, (yay!) I got my dad to get some because it reduces arterial plaque and inflammation. Don't wait for a heart attack to happen before you decide to get healthy. So far I really like this and am seeing good benefits.

I can't really say much about this brand yet because I am just finishing the bottle I had of another brand I had been using. Amazing Nutrition's procduct is twice the potency for less money per pill than I was able to find before. I can attest to the benefits of the enzyme itself. I started using it because I had a lot of internal scar tissue that restricted my flexibility and caused pain. After a couple of months (it does take time), my overall ability to use my back has improved tremendously. The side benefit is that I also noticed a few other things like easier breathing and believe it or not, my hearing has improved (probably because I had had scar tissue on my ear drums that has softened). I used to have serious sinus infections and had to have the drums pierced for drainage 50 years ago. Who would have thought? This is amazing stuff at a great price!

Really great for inflammation but I can not agree with the information on the label. I took one capsule of this per day for a week and had essentially no results. When I moved up to 2 pills a day I started noticing changes. I now take 4-6 per day and my rosacea has never been more in control. My tumor has been cut in half and my angina has reduced a great deal. As for this enzyme I can not recommend it enough but the incorrect information on the label really irks me. It also says to take it with food which is incorrect. It works far better on an empty stomach. 10,000 stars for the stuff in the pills, 4/5 stars for the incorrect information on the label.

Excellent product but I saw the price increase more than 100%. Will go back to the original one i started with is now cheaper than this one.

I thought I would try this out, I'm at the end of my rope with my allergy problems. I go into stores and my eyes tear up, constantly on antihistamine, decongestant and symptom reducers. I was having to reject my sweet kitty, whose feelings got hurt. Fans are like sinus kryptonite. I just popped my fourth serrapeptase capsule. I didn't start the day with Sudafed, let my kitty come snuggle up and so far I feel like a normal life could be mine again, at least in my face!Now I also have arthritis and "female trouble" ie endometriosis and a huge fibroid. If I don't feel achy all over or cry out while bending its a great day. Occasionally my pelvic pain gets pretty bad. I have been referred to and currently am refusing those scary pain management medications. I am hoping that this helps out. I did take my usual Advil this morning. If I haven't updated this its because I just haven't seen those results.Enzymes are super underrated and I am feeling like an idiot for basically owning 5 or more drugs that my cat and I think suck!!!
