I prefer backpacks to bags because they're easier to carry and offer more versatility.I love how spacious it is, accommodating all my gym essentials with room to spare. The compartments are well-designed, with a designated space for shoes and a separate compartment for dirty gym clothes. I use the basketball compartment for this purpose, keeping my clean items in the main compartment. There's also a convenient pocket for my water bottle.Not only is it ideal for gym use, but it's also a great size for traveling. The backpack fits comfortably in gym lockers and is sturdy enough to withstand the rigors of everyday use. I'm very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend this backpack to anyone looking for a durable and functional option.

This is a good bag for the price if you are looking for a bag to separate various pieces of gym/sports kit.Essentially, this is a standard backpack with a section that you can open from the front and place shoes into. This section protrudes into the back section of the bag, but it has a liner that stops wet/smelly/muddy shoes or clothes touching the stuff in the back of the bag. I've found this useful for my sweaty clothes after a gym session or muddy/wet shoes after running.The overall quality of the bag is very good in that it seems durable and the materials all look to be good quality, it certainly doesn't look/feel overly cheap. Although not water-proof, it is water resistant and I've worn it in the rain a few times and found everything inside to remain dry.In addition to the multiple compartments, it has a hook on the back to hang it up in a locker and a mesh compartment for a drinks bottle.Overall, this is a nice sports bag or bag for runners.
