Originally got this hoping it would help my brain function a little better. Did not succeed there, but my hands and wrists are more resilient to gripping. My joints are still garbage, but way more useful! I did see more is needed to improve brain clarity, so I recently doubled the scoop. I can not say what exactly is different, but I do over all feel better somehow. Maybe this is how people are suppose to feel?

It works for me for Im using it for. Im cutting the dosage in half because Im not trying to bulk up. Im trying to add some muscle from lifting light.
