I like the fact this is organic and it smelled so fresh. The flavor seems to hold longer in my recipes as well.

The little goes a long way. It's a fine powder which is great for absorbency in the food that I put it in. Easy to use and really packs a punch of onion which is sometimes necessary. My only grieve it would be that when it is almost empty it sometimes clumps and it's hard to get it out of the jar.
