CampTeck U7271 Ballet Turning Disc, Pirouette Board, Round Dancers Turning Board, Spin Board Ice Skating - Pink with Black Foam

I ordered this to help with my figure skating spin practice. I'm a new skater so don't have other rockers etc to compare to however this does a great job. The spin is nice and smooth and there are no moving parts to wear out other than the base surface which I would imagine after some time would wear down a little. It's a great size to put in your bag as it doesn't take up very much space at all. I just need to get the hang of it!

This was brought to help my grandaughter with her pirouette for ballet and this has really been an asset, well worth the buy

Great spin aid. The disc is one non moveable piece with a smooth curved side and foam grip side. The smooth side faces downwards and works well both on carpet and hard lino. There is little movement on gym mats as the surface creates a resistance. The foam upper side has a good padded depth to create a comfortable surface. Overall the product works well to aid spun practice.

This is useful for helping balance, how ever I was expecting a bit bigger and with the ability to turn but you have to turn it yourself.

This was disappointing. The swivel is wuite stiff and the pad is very small. I did expect someting a bit more thought and execution. Works alright

This spinning disk for practicing spins, for dance and skating, is good quality and well made. It works well and spins freely on a hard floor. It is easy to get started on and really helps you find your centre of balance. It's good value and I would reccomend it.

The media could not be loaded. The kids are gymnasts and dancers so this was always going to be a hit in our house.It is small (size is true to the description), but you stand on the ball of your foot to spin so there's no need for it to be any larger.Initially the kids tried it out on the carpet - this is not to be recommended as it travelled across the floor whilst in use.It worked all on kardean/ vinyl type flooring (see video), onto floor it did not move off the spot.The kids are happy with this, they are working on a double spin, this should hopefully be a useful aid to achieve a double and beyond. They also love the colour and the size is perfect to carry in their gym/dance bags.

This turning disc is as described. Small I size but does what it suppose to. I am not a ballerina and have a limited understanding in these turning discs, however my child attends ballet and she uses this disk to improve her balance. I am scared though to look when she uses it as it is small and I always feel like she will fall off it, but so far no falls. Again if there were to be a fall that probably would be due to balance issues not the disk itself.
