NKJV, Value Thinline Bible, Large Print, Purple Leathersoft, Red Letter, Comfort Print: Holy Bible, New King James Version Imitation Leather – Large Print, January 30, 2018

My religious leaders use this version for most sermons and presentations. Though not as literal as the NASB, I like the upgrade from the KJV. I enjoy the thin line for the larger pages larger print and paper quality. Pretty touch for gilded edges. Right now it’s for reading and I’ve yet to explore the additions explaining the parts of the Bible. I like the verses are grouped with sub headings. Good value. Leather covers aren’t yet in my budget and this textile is fine.

I really love this NKJV Thinline Bible! The Leathersoft cover is soft and has a very nice blue color, even though it’s not real leather. The size is perfect, and the font/print is clear and easy to read, though I still need my reading glasses. The NKJV translation is one of the most accurate, and the red-letter text for Christ’s words is well done.While it doesn’t include cross-references or book introductions, the overall design is clean and elegant. I do wish the verse numbers and headings stood out a bit more with an accented color to match the look and feel, but the layout is still very nice. The front emblem is subtle, though I personally would have preferred a plain cover or a small cross. The pink ribbon is a unique touch, it looks like this was meant more for a woman but I have no issues as a guy using this bible. The blue cover is really a great color.Overall, this is a well-made, beautiful Bible that’s a joy to read and carry!

Beautiful lightweight blue Bible. The cover is very soft and a pretty aqua/teal blue color. I love how it feels in your hands. This is not a heavy Bible at all, so it’s perfect if you love reading while holding your Bible so your hands don’t get tired. The inside text is very readable and very minimal ghosting on the pages. I think it’s around a 10pt font, so it’s not extremely large print but it’s definitely bigger than some other Bibles. The words of Christ are in red and it’s a very readable color. There are no scripture references at the end of the verses so if you want more of a study type Bible this wouldn’t be a good choice. This is a great everyday reading Bible though. NKJV is a great translation, I only read KJV, NKJV or ESV as I believe those are the best English translations out there. If I could change one thing about this Bible I would make the print one font size bigger. But it’s still very readable as is. I love this Bible. The quality is very good for a Bible in this price range. I would definitely recommend this Bible to anyone looking for an easy to read lightweight everyday reading Bible. You won’t be disappointed.

I was a little skeptical about this Bible before purchasing it. There were great reviews but also a few horrible reviews and I wondered if either category were untrue. I did more research and finally decided that there really wasn't much to lose were I to purchase this Bible. If the font was too small, I could always give it to someone as a gift, and if there really were missing pages in one book as two reviewers said, then I could always contact the publisher and I knew they'd do the right thing. So after almost 16 years of using an NIV Bible, I purchased this New KJV Bible.The Bible arrived last week and I started reading it on the 1st. I absolutely LOVE this Bible! The font is exactly as described (10.5 pt) and the Bible is much, much thinner than my NIV Bible, and it's also such a pleasant, beautiful read. It's light, it lays flat and stays open, and it's just absolutely beautiful in every way. Most importantly, I want to read it more and more. I can't stop reading my new Bible! That's more than I ever could have hoped for, and at a price of under $20, this Bible is absolutely amazing! Cultivating a love for reading the Bible is priceless, and developing an ever deeper relationship with God is absolutely wonderful, and I'm so thankful I took a chance and purchased this Bible.

This Bible is just what I needed. The print is not giant but plenty large enough for me to read easily.I needed a Bible that is easy for me to carry to Church and Bible Study, this fits my needs perfectly. This is not a study Bible but I have those to use here at home. If you need an easy to read basic Bible then this is for you. I have already had compliments on how nice the cover looks. I would not hesitate to recommend it to my friends.

This Bible is light weight and so thin, the perfect size to take along when traveling or to group studies. The font is easy to read. The cover is a beautiful Teal color that can easily wipe clean. If you’re looking for a NKJV this one checks all the boxes.

Well constructed of good materials. Is not a 10.5 point font as advertised. Is a measured nine point font. Does not compare to other Nelson nkjv Bibles that are 10.5 point font in the same typeface, is definitely smaller. Other than that, I do love it and would not get rid of it.

I do like this thinline Bible. It is readable, but it would be even better if the font size was 11 pt, instead of 10.5 pt. Otherwise, it is great as a basic Bible for reading and for portability. I wish they sold a nice sleeve that this could be slipped in to for protection. Could the publisher consider this?
