Ordered this scooter based on great reviews and a good comparative price. Arrived earlier than scheduled. It was very easy to assemble. I am using it both in the house and outside. In the house, I use it to get from my suite to the laundry room which are at opposite ends of the house. I also use it outside in the yard to go to the garden or to the breezeway. It runs great inside and outside. It can take some bumps and hills. Very sturdy. It goes pretty fast - I use it in turtle mode to be safe. Baskets are great - can carry my laundry or lawn tools or garden tools in it, depending what I am doing. Battery lasts - based on my usage, I charge about every 4 days. Comfortable to sit in with adjustable arm rests and seat is very supportive. Highly recommend!!

Omg love my scooter! So easy to put together and love the handles to load into the car! Its fast and folds down to fit in our car perfectly. I haven't had to use the 2nd battery I got the 45mile one so it comes with an extra battery and honestly I dont even need it but will take it with me for theme parks. 15 miles is pretty far. I live in the mountains and have lots of hills and it does amazing! I do want to add the mirrors and they are like $30 on there website. I 100% recommend this scooter! I got the pink one and love it! The light on the front is so bright and love the basket on the front and back! Just a great deal! 100% recommend to buy this scooter!

On the last day of four day rock festival I finally decided to do my review. The battery life lasted me almost 2 days at the festival. The speed setting I have to keep turned down very low so that I’m not out running people. This mobility scooter has some real get up and go. There is a slight hesitation when you first pull the accelerator. I have not had any trouble on the grass. Luckily it has not rained. I am 5‘7“ and 220 pounds, the scooter fits me very comfortably. I do have to extend the arms out just a bit. I wear a size 7 1/2 in women’s shoes. I have about an inch or more space left for my feet. The front light is extremely bright at night. Provides great visibility. The horn I wish was louder for the event, but it’s probably fine for every day situations. The front and rear basket are perfect for what I need to carry into the festival. It gives me plenty of space to carry my drink, blanket, and sweatshirt for after dark. If you were to try to pick the scooter up with everything assembled, it is very heavy. However, once I take the seat, baskets, and battery off it is very easy to lift and sit in my trunk. Keep in mind, the battery alone is about 24 pounds. Just be aware, I ordered the blue and it is more grey than blue. I’m perfectly fine with that.

Really cute scooter and price is very reasonable. I purchased the gray metallic color. It has under tones of purple as it is opalescent in color. I love it. I have MS and needed a scooter to be able to have some independence when outside or public places. It is narrow which I prefer for isle shopping. All the features are great and work beautifully. It is portable with a SUV and comes apart in four pieces. The battery is the heaviest part of the whole scooter. It has excellent battery life, turning radius. I am a very satisfied client and would recommend.

I've had this scooter for about two months and used it on several day trips. The scooter comes well equipped and is easily assembled/disassembled. It is heavy, even disassembled. ( the battery itself must be 30 lbs. and the frame double that. I am 70 and I can just barely manage the weight in and out of the car) I got the extended range battery and it has never gotten below 50%. The longest was a six hour Zoo trip I don't know if I really needed the 'extended range'. (I've charged it about a half dozen times overnight with no problems but I can't say how long it takes to recharge). It just barely fits into my Hyundai Kona's trunk (its exactly 48" long, exactly the size of the trunk). It easily fits into a 'family' van. The scooter is built like a tank, heavy-duty metalwork and strong welds (but it is 'squeaky'). It comes with front and rear baskets and armrests (which I really don't need) I weigh 280 lbs. and the speed is excellent ( I usually have it set for about 1/3 speed). I'm 5;7" and I ride in it comfortably. Going up even relatively steep hills is no problem and gets around grassy ball fields is no problem (but as to be expected, very bumpy). Caution going up/down 'slanted' hills it can tilt, especially if going too fast which you can do with this scooter.

This ECV has been easy to load in the back of our mini van. After the removal of the battery, arm rests and baskets, it’s not that heavy and my son and I can lift it into the van with one of us holding the front and one holding the back of the base. It is easy to drive and stops on a dime. The turn radius is pretty good. The battery life is excellent. I love the blue color and the fact that it has front and rear baskets for storage. The seat is pretty comfortable. It has allowed me to go to more places with my son that would require a lot of walking. Only complaints are the leg room (I have to rest my feet up on the front fenders under the handle bars and wish the wheel base was longer) and the very loud reverse beeping. The reverse beeping is so loud that it is embarrassing in quiet stores and museums. I have put some table over where the sound is emitted and that has helped some. I may disconnect the sound.
