I've had poor sleep for years and tried all sorts of methods to sleep better, actually I'd even tried other sleep strips as I've been told I snored loudly. I've been using them just for a few weeks and not only do they easily say on all night and I forget I'm wearing them but my snoring has stopped, I'm sleeping all though the night and I'm waking up refreshed! I'd recommend Like A Log sleep strips because they the only ones that have worked for me.

A friend suggested I try sleep strips and thought why not, though I was a skeptic of how well they would work. Best nights sleep when I use these. Good size for covering the whole mouth,, however, I couldn't put a whole strip on so cut them up into smaller strips and still works. I would panic if I couldn't breathe. Adhesion is good and easily removed / applied. These are the first strips I've ever tried and they are good quality. Great sleep and less tired since using them.

Definitely made a difference with partners snoring. However, be warned glue is super strong and after a week of using it removed a lot of skin as well!

This tape holds the mouth perfectly closed and is far more effective than other types of solutions like chin straps. As a CPAP user, using this tape in combination with a nasal mask has brought my AHI down to very low numbers. Very pleased! Edit: had to edit my review after buying 2 new packs recently. They seem to have changed the stickiness such that it's too sticky, annoying to remove and leaves sticky residue on the face

Don't buy if u have facial hair because it's gonna be a real pain trying to take this off in the morning. They stick very well but you'll be in tears trying to take it off
