A good vacuum cleaner
This is a good vacuum cleaner. Had a similar Electrolux before and it lasted years. Despite the wattage it is very powerful . I am happy with it.

Super strong suction
This vacuum cleaner has a strong suction, so strong that I haven't used it on full suction yet and have to open the vent when cleaning a couple of carpets, even when it's on the first suction notch. The suction is so strong I feel like I'm fighting with the cleaner and I've chipped paint from several doorframes already. The strong suction impedes it's manoeuvreability somewhat, hence the doorframe chips. However it hasn't toppled over at all like my old cleaner used to. I hope to get used to this vacuum in time, given that it's the most expensive one I've ever had, but fighting with the suction is actually giving me backache at present. The cleaner is a bit awkward to empty and to clean out. The pipe is very long but due to the severe suction action it keeps collapsing to a shorter length-i may contact the seller regarding this issue. If you prefer a light weight cleaner then don't buy this-its not too heavy for me but others may find it so. It's a full size cleaner and not a compact light one. For my part, the jury is still out on whether I've made the right purchase.

poor design and frustrating to use
The head attachments keep falling off when I'm using them. It's driving me nuts! There is no "click-lock" mechanism on the hose to hold the head on, so it falls off randomly when I'm vacuuming my carpets.I bought it in November 2018, and have become increasingly frustrated with the head attachment falling off, and the wheels only going backwards and forwards in a linear direction. The wheels don't swivel, so it doesn't change direction easily, and when I push it backwards, it becomes entangled with the power cable.I've now given up with it, and bought a new, upright model from a different manufacturer.
