A solid machine at a reasonable price. Had the machine for over 9 months now and it had performed as expected in a busy household. The add feature has never been used and is a bit of a gimmick really. Wish I’d have opted for the version without this as it’s the perfect play thing for toddlers. It does get locked when the child lock is activated. This is not the machine’s fault; it’s mine for selecting the wrong version. The drum is easy to clean and the seal hasn’t even come close to getting manky. Clothes always come out as clean as expected. Very silent operation (if not overloaded). Can’t complain at all and was a very reasonable price at time of purchase. We got this to replace a 5 year old Bosch machine which was very disappointing.

This is, without question, the best washing machine I’ve ever had. The variety of programmes together with the choices within them for spin speed, temperature and ease of ironing means every need is catered for. It is super-quiet until the cycle is finished when it plays you a tune which you find yourself humming but in fairness you can mute it. The quick wash cycle is 15 mins but this is lengthened a little by your spin speed and water temperature choices but not by much and is adequate for most purposes to be honest. It was next day delivery by courier and a cinch to install and on registering with Samsung we got a free upgrade to a 5 year warranty. What’s not to love!

It’s absolutely fantastic and it’s lovely to have a working washing machine again well worth the money and I love the fact I don’t have to to keep checking it to see when the cycle is finished because it plays music really happy with it and it looks fabulous in my kitchen

Great washing machine so far. Quiet and efficient. My favourite thing is listening to my wife get mad at the AI. Despite me telling her she'll get annoyed at it as she always knows better, she wanted it. Now she gets mad because the AI doesn't do exactly as she thinks it should do. She could just use the manual settings, but I think she enjoys arguing with the machine too much. When I use it, I think it's brilliant and easy. Also I like the finish song.

Very easy to operate with app. Slightly more quiet than previous samsung i was using.Glad to see the ditched the add washing door, too many repair issues arose from them. Hence,new washer.😩

This was a major problem child , the door hatch broke with in a week , a engineer from the company was supposed to come out and fix if , that didn’t happen , it was supposed to be returned that eventually happened 4 months later once Amazon got involved . The delivery driver had major body odour issues which required a full bottle of freebreeze !

simple, silent and does its job; do check the measurements since it didn't fit in the previous one's place; additionally ordered unpacking and installation and they did good job (although it didn't fit, but that was my oversight); bought it on sale
