As a casual car modifier, looking to improve performance is a pastime. Whilst researching my next project, I started reading this book.Julian identifies all the ley areas to consider, breaks them down and uses his real world examples of problems and how to get round them.Honestly, this is a book I will refer to again and again.The only problem is it's made me consider the other books he has written and make an (expensive) shortlist!

Well written and easy to understand, even for someone who doesn't know much about aerodynamics. Personally couldn't put it down once I started reading. Lots of well researched data and real life examples of the modifications, backed by tested data.

Covers the basics well and shows practice examples. Whished the practice example had more of a detailed DOE included, and results.Generally a good book to start looking at ideas of how to improve your road car and club level racing/rally cars
