So good I highly recommend it's hot but sweet where it evens out

I'm not usually a fan of dark honey, so I was hesitant when this arrived. I prefer lighter (more amber) honey and have found that even brands that infuse the peppers to make hot honey can still have a lighter honey, so I was worried. My worries are GONE! This is some of the most delicious hot honey I've had. A little bit goes a long way and enhances everything you would normally put your honey on. It isn't so hot that you feel the need to hold milk in your mouth for hours after eating, but it does have quite the kick! The consistency is what you would expect from a honey product. The bottle is quality made and easily used/sealed/stored.

Good tasting honey got a little heat,but it could be hotter,but for the average person it would be perfect

I love this honey because its heat is perfect for me. My wife likes the extremely hot honey to hot for me and regular hot honey isn’t hot enough. Also we just love Elijah’s products they’re simply amazing.

We love hot honey. When I saw XTREME hot honey infused with Carolina Reapers, I got very excited. I put on my helmet, strapped on my safety belt and...... slowly, gently pulled away from the curb. I would easily put this in the bottom 1/3rd of hot honeys I've tried. The bitter, delightful burn of reaper peppers is non-existent, and instead feels closer to a mild cayenne. It's tasty (I mean, it's HONEY!) but definitely not what was being advertised. Apparently they make hot sauce as well, but based on this I think I won't be paying a premium to give those a shot.

This is exactly what I was looking for in a hot honey sauce. It's the perfect balance of sweet and heat
