The media could not be loaded. Build quality is excellent. The wooden components are easily extracted from the sheets and are precision cut. They can be fragile but there are spares for the most delicate components. I did not snap any bits on the first construction (Spaceport) but did break a couple on the next part. It is really suitable for gentlemen over the age of 70 who still have adequate eyesight and infinite patience! I have done these kits before and this is easily the most challenging. I restricted myself to no more than 1 hour a day and it probably took me 5 weeks. You make haste by moving slowly and being completely confident that you understand the instructions, which are very good. I found that a magnifying glass attached to a light source was almost essential. Small modelling knives also helped. At the end of the construction it all worked. A couple of comments:- I found that the marbles tended to congregate at the bottom of the ladder part and it was best to limit the number of marbles in circulation. I also noticed that the on/off sensor for the motor did not work when it was hidden under the wooden switch. Leave it exposed and the motor switches correctly. The construction also works better if attached to a base board for rigidity. Seriously this is a VERY difficult construction but you can get it to work with care. It kept me away from relatives over Xmas so it served its purpose. (Perhaps that's why the relatives bought it for me!) Enjoy. you will be a better person for attempting it.

Not easy

The marvel run spaceport kit is excellent but unfortunately the marvel run night city is fragile, ver flimsy.Function of the spaceport is very good where the night city is very poor, also with night city I needed to use super glue on various parts.

having just retired I felt I needed something to do and this certainly filled a hole for awhile anyway it was easy to build but not too easy for it to be boring. I was particularly impressed by the after sale service having a faulty part. I sent them an email and they sent a new part within a week.

Me and the wife built it together thoroughly enjoyed it. It was good to do a little project like this together we had a good laugh.😆
