When I open already broke

Trying to overwinter a hug Boston Fern. We hung it in our guest bathroom shower and run the humidifier to keep the humidity at 50% or higher. I've tried overwintering ferns before with poor outcome. So far this year the fern looks gorgeous! Fingers crossed but the humidifier has been a good addition. The humidifier is easy to set up,fill and use. I like the auto shut off when the water is low. Been using for about a month I recommend this.

Very nice humidifier. I like the options of mist and hour choices. Well made and easy to use. I highly recommend it.

Purchased 4/2025 and only opened it 12/2025 to find it leaks and does not heat up. Attempted to use it once and now have this useless humidifier which leaked 5L into my carpet and subfloor. Will reach out to manufacturer and will update if they stand behind their product. Update 01/06/2026: Emailed manufacturer and have NOT received a response. Apparently they DO NOT stand behind their product or their WARRANTY.

* Worked fine for a few weeks * Powers on but not getting any steam, leaking now * Try it online here and direct for any customer support but not finding any ability to reach them * Past return date, no options? * Happy to change rating if I can actually get a customer service contact somehow and fix it * Product itself doesn't appear to have any brand, model, or coding on it at all to search * I would expect this unit to at least last one year versus less than a month
