We have a loved one that is dealing with dementia. Her ability to do and remember what used to be normal activities has significantly changed in her life. Purchasing this item has been fun for her because she enjoys the variety of colors and challenge. Not only does this challenge in the way of matching the shapes, but the holes need to be lined up in order for the piece to fit correctly. It’s a perfect activity for your loved one to do on their own but it’s best when you can sit down and do it with them. It’s a unique way to bond with your loved one dealing with dementia.

A nice thoughtful exercise. Grandson and Great Grandmother have both used it. No batteries required! I purchased it for my mother (age 94) to exercise her fingers, but found the 2 year old playing with it (under supervision) Primary colors, large wooden blocks and a clear task to perform. Not expensive.
