My 4year old just loves this train!! The passengers are adorable and fit in there so cutely. Made very well to handle accidental drops from our countertops It has buttons to move train forward or backward or stop, which gives him so much more imagination to his play time and he loves playing a train conductor. The price was great for the quality of toy we received. We have Thomas the train tracks and it runs perfect on them. The speed is great so the video train speed doesnt give it justice (our batteries are low but have lasted since Christmas).

Great for older kids! Won't withstand a toddler though. My son enjoyed it for a while but it eventually stopped moving on it's own. Still a great product just not perfect for me personally. :)

I got this for a little home art project. All I have to say is god bless the chinese. I mean , honestly, this cost less than twenty bucks and is an rc train and it works quiet well. It's got three sounds that it can play via remote. It also has its own sounds as a train running. I'm impressed that it's under 20 and safe for all ages. In total , the remote and train use 4 aaa batteries. I have rechargeable. But seems fairly efficient from other reviews. The fact that it has its own buttons on top of the train so if the remote ever gets lost, you can still use it is kind of pretty cool too. I'm not normally a positive reviewer, but I was pretty shocked at the value for the money.

Very cute and goes forward nicely when you push button on the engine. However remote control is not powerful enough, even frustrated a 4-year-old. Did not return because I put batteries in too late. And 4-year-old was happy it would go forward. I would not recommend unless they improve the remote control. I feel like it was wasted money

Such a fun train. My 5 year old absolutely loves it. It works with all our wooden tracks and out Thomas plastic tracks

bought with a remote and it adds to the fun- allows you to put the train in reverse, "blast " the train horn grandchildren love the train

Got here promptly and in good shape. It's easy to set up and operate. My grandson enjoys it. It can pull 3 cars easily but struggles with more. Can climb a gradual grade but gets stuck on steeper climbs. Remote did not work and heated up quickly indicating a short. (Yes, the batteries were installed right). But, really it's not needed. Overall he's enjoying it so he's happy so I'm happy.

My grandson plays with this for hours on wooden tracks. They love the dragon look, this one is a favorite.
