Shipping was the standard quick for Amazon's capabilities in my area (4 days instead of 2). Discreet packaging but lacked any kind of padding. It was in a carboard envelope that softly rattled when shook. upon opening the bottle itself, there was quite a bit of dusty residue which means I probably lost one or two capsules during shipping. Not too worried about that though. As for consuming the product: the capsules fall on the mid-large side with a bit of air in them, making them a bit of a tongue tennis match to get down sometimes. But they have no flavor, even with the residual dust on them which helps. Performance: They noticeably help get things going and would even go as far to say that they keep them going longer than without them. I mean if you are looking for viagra level results, these probably dont pack the horsepower you are looking for, but they will definitely make your engine purr, if you catch my drift. I would buy again. Would be even more interested in a more robust mens complex, but they definitely did what they claimed, which is all anyone could ask for.
