Delivered bang on time which is always good. As for the item, I looked around for some bulk protein which wasn't too expensive and this one was probably the best priced and probably the best powder in terms of content period. It comes with Green Tea Extract, MCT Oil, L-Tartrate and L-Carnitine. Can't say much about the first three as I've never used them before but I've heard a lot about Green Tea Extract which is supposed to be a super supplement. As for L-Carnitine, I have used it separately and I'd recommend it to anyone. An added bonus about this powder though is that I get to try the other supplements without having to buy them separately so it's like getting free extras with your protein. As well as getting to try out other supplements simultaneously, it's also convenient. With regards to the protein powder itself, I mixed 60g (2 scoops) with 600ml of water, shook for ten seconds and it was fully mixed. It wasn't thin like flavoured water nor was it thick like a milkshake. I'd say for a protein shake it was spot on. The taste wasn't too light nor was it overpowering and youd be able to tell that it was caramel flavour even if you never saw the label.

I was a little sceptical about buying a powder as I normally like to get my protien from the food I eat as opposed to a supplements. But I decided to give it a go. Shopped around and my god protien is expensive. Then I fround this and I have to say, you do get a lot for your money. 133 Servings at 21g of protien. Excellent value. Use half a pint of skimmed milk and throw in a few eggs and thats a mighty shake at a very good price. So its a winner for me there. Taste, not so great. The powder mixes really well with a hand wisk, no problems like others have reported, but the taste is about a 6/10 at best. Its OK, but not brilliant. Got a slight biscuity after taste and yes it's strawberry, but the strawberry flavour isn't that strong. Hence my score of 4 stars. But don't let this put you off, it's a great powder for the price and I will certainly order again. So after several buckets I changed the flavour to salted caramel, spot on. Flavours amazing. Changed review from 4 to 5 star. Interestingly since using this, the price does keep creeping up!

I’ve used a diet protein shake as a breakfast alternative several times before. The price of these often dictate which I buy, as they all kinda work for me. The flavour of the strawberry is, as others have noted, is a mild one, with oat-like aftertaste. I found it initially bland, but as I’m into using for a couple of weeks now, the flavour is fine. Also, the smell is okay. Not amazing, but good enough. I make my shake in a standard shake bottle, with a spiral ball in it. I’m fairly certain that this addition helps to achieve a good, properly mixed drink. I also add a few cubes of ice and water, filtered by the fridge. This gives me a good breakfast option, which I have every day. Sticking to this for breakfast seven days a week is miles from exciting. It does, however, help me to lose weight. On average, I lose anywhere from 3 pounds to 2kg per week. I must add, though, that the fluctuation is down to exercise. If I run or walk five times a week for an average 30 minutes, I get the better results. So why the four stars? Well, first let me say that I got this at a bargain price, so it isn’t that. For me, these things need to be excellent flavour as you are drinking them as a meal replacement. The drink is just not the best on the market in this respect, but don’t let that put you off, it’s still pretty good & a mile from awful! The final word from me, I note that some people have reviewed to say they didn’t get a scoop in their bucket. Have a dig in there, mine was buried a few centimetres down. Recommended.

Ordered the banana flavour as meal replacement shake. I believe it has all the goodness you want from a protein diet shake however the taste is rancid. Probably the worst tasting protein shake I have ever experienced. Randomly it also gave me heartburn..

Okay but could be better, lacking in flavour! it mixes well and a huge tub which is cost effective. To make this taste nicer and more strawberry milkshake like, I add in a couple of teaspoons of nesquick strawberry milkshake powder and yes it’s adding a few calories but it’s sooooo much nicer and easier to drink (I use half water half oat milk with a few ice cubes) Overall a good protein shake but flavour could be improved- 3 stars from me!

I personally love the taste of the salted caramel, its nice an thick to, i put 2 scoops in at a time mind 😁

Was very skeptical, after seeing the reviews. But am impressed. I put 250ml of powder and 5grams of Creatine into 25oml skimmed milk. I put it into a empty 6pimt milk carton, shake, and it's perfect. Mixes perfect every time. Sometimes a tiny powdery taste, but for the price (who cares). I got Salted Caramel, which is ok. But going to try different flavor next. Really can't moan. 😊
