Good source of natural fibre I've taken psyllium husk supplement before and this one seems to be hight quality, really effective. For a long-term improvement it needs to be taken consistently, but even just taken a capsule before eating, you can feel the difference it makes. With the processed foods it's actually difficult to get enough fibre, so I appreciate having a convenient solution like this.

I've been taking this psyllium for about two weeks now and feel happy with how it works. The capsules are easy to swallow, there's no particular taste or smell. All around good fibre supplement.
