This is not a paid review. This is a review of a woman using all of BioCare's products while using a GLP-1/GIP injection. I am using Biocare for reasons when on a GLP-1/GIP medication the body needs extra nutrition. As a retired RN, I can express how this closely matches the old plan from the 90's called "Medifast" that many of my past patients used. It still may be around, but it helped hundreds of thousands of people get healthy results for weight reduction and lifestyle changes. Using one pouch every morning with other meal replacements for the day is superb in nutritional value. Yes the $55 per box of 14 packets is high, but so is our health and life. One deserves to have the option to buy quality products that provide this value. I have the entire Biocare line of products, the shakes, the pretzels, the cheddar cheese crisps, and the cinnamon crisp bars. I will continue to buy all of their product line for my GLP-1 journey to support the balance my body needs. The shakes are wonderful, since they are in individual packets for travel or the gym, they also mix great with other protein powders to add extra protein and mix very well with fruits and veggies if you want to add more calories. The chocolate one tastes like a milk chocolate bar and I like to add bananas with almond butter and it tastes like a almond butter candy! The strawberries and cream is wonderful with chia milk and strawberries and tastes like a milkshake. If you want the shakes to be even more delicious, you can add all kinds of profiles you love, so you can up your protein smoothie game! Using this with my injections has reduced my symptoms I suffer from using a GLP-1. I have one every mooring to start my day! A BIG thank you to Biocare for providing medical grade meal replacement power for those of us who are using your products! My cholesterol was 223 and is now 144, in just 6 weeks using this product line! Can't wait to see the continued weight loss and blood chemistries restore to normal !!!!

A great mix to have on hand when you are feeling the effects of GPL-1 meds like bloating or fullness due to the slowing of digesting they cause. Just use this mix to get a fluid meal which will give you stomach a break having to digest your previous meal and you are still feeling very full.

I was using this a while and it was OK but one day I ended up putting 10 ounces of water instead of six and it was so much better. I put in two large ice cubes in my shaker and shake everything 100 times and it’s actually quite good. The ice dissolves and the beverage is nice and cold. I’m too lazy to just put cold water in the fridge ahead and it does not taste that good if you refrigerate it after mixing because it kind of changes texture and it’s better right after you shake it.

Tasted better, tasted worse.

Nice rich chocolate flavor without being over sweetened like some others I’ve tried and so far my favorite. I use 8-10 ounces water, crushed ice a a dash of 2% lactaid milk. It’s great when you’re not hungry from the GLP 1 or nauseated but need sustenance and/or to easily increase protein when your not in the mood to eat regular lean proteins.

Expensive. But they help in the days I’m nauseous from my glp-1. Just mix with cold water. No blender so very convenient on the go. Just wish they weren’t so expensive

I have a lot of trouble getting enough food in every day, especially if I start having symptoms. I start my day with the BioHealth drink now and find I suffer less and feel more confident I have started the day with more of the vital nutrients I was lacking early on. The taste is good, it’s blends easily, and I can use it in my shake in the morning as a breakfast, or just as a drink to get started. It blends into water very smoothly for a good consistency. It’s a little pricy, so I don’t use it every day. But it is a good quality drink with enough nutrients and none of the fillers or preservatives I try to avoid.

I thought I would like the vanilla sample more, but this chocolate and its taste are good! It’s an expensive supplement for GLP-1 users, so I use it only when I’m struggling to eat or get enough protein.
