Updating my review. I originally ran into issues with this product after it was delivered Nov 3, 2025. BUT this companies customer service seriously went above and beyond! Their response time was faster than my reply time, they stand by their product and got me up and running within 2 days. Connecting these to my laptop has been a breeze, i previously had an issue with 1 of the screens and happy to report both have been working great and I’m happy. If you have a small laptop and work on the go/different places I would 100% recommend these! Oh and if you hook these up make sure to check the volume … the sound system WORKS lol my entire house heard my team meeting because I didn’t realize the sound was actually coming from the screens and it took me a bit to figure out to turn them down from the volume control on my actual laptop and not the screens themselves. Great product, and great customer service!

As a graduate student entering his capstone program, I need multiple displays for seeing multiple datasets while developing my research. However, this was the most underwhelming purchase, and biggest waste of my time attempting to set up. No combination of wires worked for my Acer laptop (running on the most recent Windows), and no combination of wires and display settings worked. The farthest I got in the setup was one screen that said, "No cable," and then entering power mode, which the instructions don't mention. I would rather brush my teeth with a cactus before attempting a refund with this company. This product gets 1 star only because this purchase was good for practicing my swing... with the displays and the retaining wall outside.

Easy to set up, even for folks who not technologically inclined 🙃 The best, and most surprising part about this screen is that it comes with an instruction pamphlet with a customer service number… and when you call the number THEY ACTUALLY ANSWER THE PHONE AND HELP YOU!!! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and kind and the product works well. This one is a win.

Ok value. Monitors mounts dont really function well. Figuring out wire connections took a while and an additional adapter. Not plug and play

Excellent set up. The carrying case is great to store all of the components of the screens needed to connect to your laptop. Unfortunately, it didn’t work with mine, so I returned it.

Right side monitor does not work. Good idea but poor quality.
